Hire Controller

As a Hire Controller at our Dartford depot, you will be pivotal in ensuring seamless operations and fostering exceptional client relationships. You will proactively manage the entire hire cycle, from initial enquiry to contract completion, upholding accuracy and efficiency. Your daily contributions will include:

• Delivering unparalleled customer service, building lasting client relationships.
• Generating precise hire contracts and compelling quotations.
• Actively engaging with customer enquiries and identifying new business opportunities.
• Diligent follow-up on all quotations and enquiries to secure successful outcomes.
• Preparing accurate weekly and monthly reports for operational insight.
• Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date records for all hire activities.
  
  Please note: Proven experience as a Hire Controller or in a similar role within the portable accommodation, modular building, or wider equipment hire industry is essential for this position., Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear interactions.
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy across all documentation.
• The ability to expertly manage and prioritise a busy workload, thriving under pressure.
• Strong numerical aptitude and IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• A proactive, methodical approach, coupled with unwavering integrity.
• An enthusiastic, collaborative spirit, eager to contribute to a supportive team.
Essential Requirement: Proven experience as a Hire Controller or in a comparable role within the portable accommodation, modular building, or general equipment hire sector is a prerequisite for this position.,

• Numerate
• IT literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
