• Manage customer quotations and equipment hire contracts, ensuring accurate processing.
• Efficiently handle equipment on/off hires and maintain meticulous records.
• Champion customer satisfaction, collaborating with departments for seamless service delivery.
• Provide practical problem-solving support and uphold robust administrative standards.
• Demonstrate exemplary telephone etiquette and actively contribute to a productive team.
  
  Proven experience in a service-related role, adept at managing telephone inquiries.
• Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet navigation.
• Solid literacy and numeracy, with accurate data input capabilities.
• A customer-focused, commercially aware mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and work independently, building effective relationships., Numerate
• Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills.
• Experience handling telephone inquiries in a service-related industry.
• Proficiency in basic IT skills, including Word, Excel, email, and internet usage.
• Literate and numerate, capable of data input and interpretation.
