Highways Support Officer

If you enjoy a fast-paced, evolving working environment and are passionate about customer service please read the candidate pack., We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to work. The ideal candidate will have GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, be confident using IT systems including Microsoft 365, and possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities. You will be a proactive team player who can build effective working relationships across the organisation, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all aspects of your work.
