Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist

Looking for a Speech and Language Therapist role where you can make a real difference, keep developing, and still have balance outside work?, You'll work mainly in school settings with some clinic-based and remote opportunities where appropriate. Supporting students with a range of communication and developmental needs, you'll combine direct therapy with assessment, consultation and practical strategies that make a difference beyond the therapy session. In this role, you'll: · Assess students with SEND, autism, developmental language needs, social communication differences, SEMH needs and more complex profiles. · Plan and deliver evidence-based, individualised interventions, including direct therapy, advice and consultation. · Contribute to EHCP assessments, reports and outcome reviews. · Work closely with teachers, parents, carers, SENCOs and multidisciplinary colleagues to embed communication support throughout the school day. · Review progress, adapt intervention plans and contribute to joined-up support for students with more complex needs. It's a varied role where you'll balance assessment, therapy, consultation and collaboration, with the chance to make a visible difference to children, families and school teams every day.

• BSc or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC registration.
• Experience in paediatric, school-based or EHCP-focused settings
It would be great if you also bring · Confidence supporting students with complex communication, SEMH or behavioural needs · Experience completing assessments for Education, Health and Care Plans · Specialist CPD, training or trauma-informed practice experience Ready to join us?
