Highly Specialist SLT

Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist: Stammering Team 0.6 wte, You'll work within a supportive, forward thinking team, delivering a highly specialist speech & language therapy service to children and young people across the Tees Valley. There will be opportunities to implement group based approaches, working alongside other specialist therapists. You will work in a range of settings including:

• Schools and nurseries
• Community clinics
• Homes and through virtual platforms
The service is also committed to supporting team members to access internal and external CPD opportunities.


• Is HCPC registered
• Is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills
• Has a commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning

• There are currently opportunities in other clinical areas which may interest a therapist who would like a full time post., South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust now form University Hospitals Tees and as such you may be required to work at any site across both Trusts.
