Ealing CAMHS both have a strong multi-disciplinary approach and thrive on innovative practice to meet the local population needs of a culturally and economically diverse borough. You will be committed to ensuring that the service is accessible and effective.You will offer a high-quality service to young people, families / carers, alongside working effectively with your colleagues and liaising with other professionals in the network. In particular, you will provide specialist mental health and neurodevelopmental assessments alongside psychological interventions for a broad range of complex mental health concerns. These roles combine clinical work with opportunities to support team development and provide supervision and support to trainees and junior staff. Psychology is very well established profession within CAMHS and has a strong and supportive network of Senior Psychologists. The post provides excellent opportunities for professional development and regular supervision.

We are looking for enthusiastic, skilled and innovative clinicians who are able to maintain clinical curiosity and engage in reflective practice as well as advocate for young people and families' needs. Successful candidates would support and implement our commitments to staff wellbeing, manageable job plans and giving staff the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge further whilst in role.
