Highly Specialised Respiratory Physiologist (Team Leader)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced clinical leader with strong operational awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead, develop, and support a multidisciplinary team while ensuring delivery of a high-quality, patient-centred diagnostic service., Undertaking highly complex diagnostic procedures for routine and emergency outpatients and inpatients across all Divisions within Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Responsible for the effective coordination of workforce resources, including rota planning, annual leave approval, sickness management and staff development.
