You will have the opportunity to support lessons, lead learning activities and provide high-quality learning support to pupils. The Role As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), your responsibilities will include: Supporting teachers with the delivery of lessons Leading learning

activities and lessons when required Providing one-to-one and small-group support Supporting pupils with their reading, writing and numeracy Helping pupils develop their confidence and independence Managing classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning environment Supporting pupils with their day-to-day learning and development Working closely with teachers and other school staff Helping to ensure pupils remain engaged and focused on their learning Who We're Looking For We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed HLTA in Runcorn who can make a positive difference to pupils' learning and development.Experience as a: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Teaching Assistant (TA) Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Classroom Support Assistant Experienced Education Support Worker would be beneficial. Requirements Previous experience working within a school or educational setting Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA Ability to support and deliver learning
