Full Job Description
In this pivotal position, you will:
- Work collaboratively with the ERP Lead Teacher, SENDCo and teaching staff to plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality learning for students with EHCPs
- Deliver targeted interventions to individuals, small groups and whole classes
- Support students in the ERP while promoting inclusion within mainstream lessons
- Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress
- Provide support for pupils' educational, social, emotional and physical needs, helping them develop independence
- Build effective relationships with staff, parents/carers and external professionals
We are looking for someone who: - Has experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational setting
- Has knowledge of SEND and inclusive practice
- Is confident delivering learning activities and supporting a range of needs
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is organised, proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Holds GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
