Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with teachers to support learning across the school, lead whole-class sessions when required, and help drive high standards of achievement for all pupils.

• HLTA status.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Confidence in leading whole-class teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude.
• A genuine passion for supporting children to succeed.
• Experience supporting speech and Language would be desirable.
