You will play a key role in enhancingthe learning experience for all pupils and will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging, purposeful learning in line with the Curriculum for Wales. About you / The Successful Candidate Will:

• Provide whole-class cover as required, delivering planned lessons that engage, challenge and support learners.
• Work closely with teaching staff to deliver and evaluate learning experiences that support progression and independence.
• Have a strong working knowledge of the Curriculum for Wales, including the Four Purposes and principles of effective pedagogy.
• Demonstrate the ability to build positive, respectful relationships with children, staff and families.
• Model and uphold high expectations for learning, behaviour and wellbeing.
• Have the appropriate DBS Check: Enhanced & Barred Both
• Have EWS Registration

• Is confident working across the primary age range 3-11
• Understands the importance of inclusion, pupil voice, and learner wellbeing.
