Full Job Description
The Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic, resilient and highly committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated and supportive school team. We are looking for a skilled practitioner who is passionate about supporting young learners and is able to demonstrate flexibility, initiative and a strong commitment to inclusive practice. The successful applicant will work across our Progress Step 1 and Progress Step 2 classes, delivering high-quality provision through targeted interventions and regular PPA cover. They will play a key role in supporting pupil progress, wellbeing and engagement, ensuring that all learners are able to access a rich and stimulating curriculum. We can offer:

- Prior reading of the non-maintained curriculum.
- Deliver task suitable for a group of pupils
- Formal interview with the Governing Body.
