Full Job Description

Deliver and adapt learning activities for individuals, groups and classes under the direction of teaching staff.
Support pupils with additional learning, social, emotional, behavioural and pastoral needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
Contribute to planning, assessment, progress monitoring and the implementation of individual learning and development plans.
Provide short-term class supervision and support pupils during examinations, including facilitating access arrangements where required (training provided).
Build positive relationships with families, colleagues and external agencies to support pupil progress and wellbeing.
