Salary: £31,015 - £33,673
Actual salary: £23,575 - £25,521
Contract: Fixed term until 26.07.2027

About you
Being a HLTA requires a certain set of skills and expertise:
- You will have a calm and caring disposition
- The ability to break down activities into small steps and step-by-step teaching
- A team player, willing to work closely with like-minded people who all have the children's best interest at heart
- Someone who is able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding in child development and the curriculum
- Passionate about enhancing each child's experiences and building upon their learning
- Someone who is able to 'step in' to support the Class Teacher as and when needed, which may involve supporting small groups of children or leading whole class activities
We are looking for someone who is able to work flexibly, who is adaptable and able to work in line with the needs of the school and the children who attend.
