This is a varied and rewarding role, leading learning across the classroom, delivering high-quality interventions, covering lessons when required, and working closely with teachers to help every pupil achieve their potential. You will play a critical role in modelling best practices for adapted instruction, planning and delivering high-quality, small-group learning experiences that remove barriers and ensure equity of access for every pupil.

    Our safeguarding system is underpinned by a range of policies and procedures which encourage and promote safe working practice across the Trust. On joining you will be required to undergo continuous professional development to maintain safe working practice and to safeguard our children and young people.

    Your expertise will be vital in nurturing a supportive classroom atmosphere within our designated SEND area of the school. This role requires proactive collaboration with the SENDCo and teaching staff to maintain an environment where all children feel safe, valued, and empowered to flourish both academically and emotionally.
