Full Job Description
Aurora Redehall School supports pupils aged 6-11 with communication difficulties linked to Autism and Asperger's Syndrome. We're seeking a passionate HLTA to join our speech, language and communication needs class, helping deliver a broad, creative curriculum and supporting pupils to reach their full potential.,
- Safeguard and promote pupil welfare.
- Lead classes in teacher absence.
- Deliver and adapt learning activities.
- Support individual pupil plans and contribute to reviews. Duties will vary and you will be expected to contribute to the overall aims of the school when required. Please see the link below for our full job description
- Experience supporting children with speech, language and communication needs.
- Experience of working with primary aged pupils.
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4 or equivalent)
- HLTA Diploma or Level 4 qualification (or equivalent skills)

Actual annual salary: £28,838 - £31,465 dependant on qualifications Plus £2000 Welcome bonus For HLTA with SEN Experience
