An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HLTA to join our team. The children, governors and staff of our one form entry primary school seek to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and committed HLTA to deliver PPA and support teaching and learning across school. The role requires a dedicated, flexible and organised person who will approach work with a positive attitude, honesty, confidentiality and integrity. The successful applicant will hold a HLTA or equivalent qualification and have experience of working in a school.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about all children having the opportunity to reach their potential and 'Live Life in all Its Fullness'. Someone who will have the highest expectations of their self and others.
We are seeking to appoint someone who:
- Can deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the primary age range
- Is able to innovate and enhance the current curriculum
- Demonstrates high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to inclusion
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is reflective, enthusiastic and keen to develop professionally
- Will actively support the Christian ethos and values of our school
