Shakespeare's Globe is currently seeking a Higher Education Coordinator on a permanent, full-time basis., The Higher Education Coordinator will provide administrative, organizational, and customer service support for activities across the Higher Education team. This will include working cross-departmentally both within Education and throughout the Globe to ensure successful delivery of events and include acting as a company manager for a number of courses.
- Company manage our Higher Education groups, ensuring participants are well supported throughout our courses with their educational needs and pastoral care.
- Support the booking processes across all activities to ensure that successful bookings are made and managed according to the needs of the department.
- Support in the preparation, and re-setting of spaces for lectures, workshops, and scene rehearsals. This may include the provision of hospitality, technical support, props, and handouts.
- Liaise with freelancers, theatre professionals, and visiting speakers relating to the planning and delivery of courses and events.
- Provide logistical and operational support to delivery teams as required to support the changing day-to-day operation., You'll report to the Head of Stage (Deputy Technical Manager) and be responsible for Casual Technicians.
