Full Job Description
+ Lead the strategic delivery of the construction and commercial elements of the Enabling Works Programme, ensuring alignment with NHS sustainability and Net Zero targets.
+ Oversee the development and management of project teams, ensuring effective delivery and adherence to best practices.
+ Manage procurement processes for construction and commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with government frameworks and best value for money.
+ Develop and implement integrated governance and risk management plans for the programme.
Project deliverables specific to this role
+ To lead and deliver infrastructure works required for enabling works packages and the new main build hospital, including services to an Energy Centre.
+ Capital value of projects associated with this role: £90m
