Full Job Description
+ As an HGV Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet to the highest safety and performance standards. Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you'll carry out:
+ Routine servicing, maintenance and inspections.
+ Diagnostics and fault finding on HGVs and articulated vehicles.
+ Mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance.
+ Ensuring all vehicles remain compliant with DVSA and company standards.
+ Accurate completion of job cards and maintenance records.
Our vehicles arrive pre-cleaned and emptied before entering the workshop, allowing you to spend your time doing what you do best-maintaining and repairing vehicles, not cleaning them.

We are looking for a seasoned Vehicle Technician, ideally with NVQ level in Heavy Goods Vehicle maintenance or equivalent skills gained through experience.
Due to business growth, we have a rare opportunity to join a small working team in our workshop in Luton where all vehicles are emptied, washed and prepared before entering workshops and there is a strong focus on creating an excellent working environment., + NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.
+ Previous experience working on HGVs or commercial vehicles.
+ Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
+ A positive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
+ The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ A valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV driving licence.
+ A Basic DBS check will form part of the recruitment process.
+ Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate
+ Monday to Friday working pattern
