- Overtime premiums What you'll do:
- Deliver engaging driver training and development
- Support DCPC training and new driver inductions
- Promote safe and fuel-efficient driving
- Carry out driver assessments and post-incident training
- Help improve driver performance using KPIs and telematics
- Work closely with Transport and Compliance teams to ensure best practice
Strong communicator with hands-on driver training experience - Confident delivering both practical and classroom-based training
- Excellent knowledge of EU and RTWTD regulations
- Experience using digital tachographs and compliance systems
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an LGV C+E driver Essential:
- LGV C+E licence
- Driver CPC
- Experience delivering driver training Desirable:
- NRI (RTITB) DCPC qualification
- IOSH or First Aid
- Experience with telematics (Connexus/Tachomaster)
