Job Description
Are you an experienced HGV Class 1 container driver looking for work in the Knowsley area? NextGear Recruitment are recruiting for our nationwide client running out of their Knowsley depot. Experience of container haulage really is essential to ensure all containers are delivered in a safe and compliant manner. You will be delivering and collecting to/from rail freights around the UK. This isn't a tramper position; all shifts are Monday to Friday day shifts with weekend runs if you request. A RHIDES card would be desirable but not essential. For this position, you must have the following:
- HGV1 C&E License with no onerous endorsements
- Upto date CPC and Tacho
- Good communication and UK road network knowledge
This temporary ongoing work. You must have previous proven experience in container haulage.
