HGSS Operative

As part of this role, you would be required to take part in a wide range of activities that are carried out by the highways team. Duties vary between grass cutting, tarmacking and traffic management works. You will be part of a highly motivated and enthusiastic team.

Ability to plan and organise immediate workloads and priorities. Ability to communicate effectively and work in harmony with colleagues and the general public. To take a pride in achievements and quality of work. Ability to understand and put into practise safe systems of working. Self-motivating. Good timekeeping.
