We currently have an exciting opportunity for talented Help Desk Co-ordinator , to join our team at the WAYfinder Outreach North East Service as we embark on the next stage of our journey delivering a truly outstanding, highly personalised wraparound support service. As a Help Desk Co-ordinator You will work as part of a core team within Wheatley Care to provide effective secretarial, clerical, administrative and customer services across all aspects of the service. If you are motivated and committed to making a positive difference to people's lives, this could be exactly the opportunity you're looking for. Who are we looking for?

  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of providing administrative support to a busy team.
  • experience of handling confidential information appropriately
  • be able to assist in delivering an outstanding service
  • Excellent IT skills with experience in effectively using Microsoft software; and
  • Experience of collating, organising and analysing data.
