Heat Network Compliance Officer

We're looking for an analytical and customer-focused individual to help ensure our heat networks remain compliant, efficient and customer focused. This is a great opportunity to develop specialist knowledge in a growing area of the housing and energy sector. What you'll be doing

• Regulatory reporting and assurance activities.
• Monitoring and communicating heat network compliance requirements.
• Analysing performance data and producing reports.
• Managing performance information and compliance records.
• Supporting the management of our metering and billing contract.
• Investigating issues and driving service improvements.
• Developing customer communications and engagement activities.
• Working with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders.
• Supporting Wolverhampton Homes to meet heat network regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Helping deliver positive outcomes for customers.
  
  Experience in compliance, performance, utilities, housing, sustainability or a similar environment.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to understand and apply regulations, policies or procedures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Passionate about continuous improvement.
Knowledge of heat networks would be beneficial but is not essential. We're keen to hear from candidates with transferable skills who are looking to develop in this specialist area.
