At GreenSquareAccord, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We re looking for a caring, proactive and customer-focused Healthy Homes Adviser to join our Damp, Mould & Condensation Team. If you re passionate about supporting people and improving homes, this is your opportunity to make a real difference every day. Healthy Homes Adviser Gloucester / Oxfordshire £33`000 + £750 annual car allowance What you ll be doing You ll work closely with customers to help them understand and manage damp, mould and condensation within their homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Visiting customers in their homes across Gloucester and Oxfordshire.
  • Providing practical advice on ventilation, heating, humidity and preventing condensation.
  • Carrying out mould cleaning and treatment to small, affected areas.
  • Identifying property hazards or maintenance issues and reporting them promptly.
  • Escalating complex cases to Surveyors for further investigation.
  • Planning and managing your own appointments and workload.
  • Following up repairs and ensuring actions are completed.
  • Maintaining accurate records using our management systems.
  • Identifying safeguarding or wellbeing concerns and working with colleagues to provide the right support.

    We re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service. You ll ideally have:
  • Experience working in social housing in a customer-facing environment.
  • Knowledge of the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS).
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Confidence working independently and managing a varied workload.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and digital systems such as MRI.
