  • In line with relevant training / qualifications held, deliver Good Boost sessions to support adults with a range of MSK conditions
  • Complete any monitoring and evaluation requested by line manager in line with current data protection protocols
  • Support customers to continue being active through signposting to other relevant Healthy Communities Programmes
