Full Job Description
- Set up and manage the Big Sister programme that delivers a measurable impact for young girls within the community. Encouraging them to partake in exercise and wellbeing activities.
- Complete any monitoring and evaluation requested by line manager in line with current data protection protocols
- In line with relevant training / qualifications held, deliver specific Healthy community project/ programme, e.g. Exercise Referral, gym-based classes, falls prevention, according to the parameter discussed with line manager.
Qualified instructor in relevant in relevant discipline to deliver sessions independently i.e. Gym level 3, NGB level 2 or higher. - Experienced in planning, delivering and monitoring sessions.
- Passion for improving the health of the local community.
- Ability to use MS tools.
