We are looking to recruit passionate and enthusiastic people who either hold a health and social care qualification BTEC level 2 or above or have experience in a person-centred & public facing role to become a healthcare support worker at Coventry Hospital of St Cross, Rugby & University Hospital Coventry.
If you have excellent communication skills, have a caring and compassionate nature, have the desire to help others and the drive to develop a rewarding career you will be proud of, then we want to hear from you., You must have either a Level 2 BTEC Diploma or extended Diploma or equivalent qualification or have previous care experience or experience in a person-centred & public facing role., As a band 2 HCSW you must have previous experience of care or experience in working within a person-centred & public facing role or already hold a level 2 health and social care related qualification.

Supporting the Registered Nursing staff in the delivery of personal care and assistance for patients at The Hospital of St Cross, Rugby & University Hospital Coventry.
Please be advised that the assessment centre and interviews will be held on the 7th May 2026, at University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire, Clinical Science Building for shortlisted candidates.
