Full Job Description

Previous experience in sexual health would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and motivated to deliver excellent patient-centred care, with the willingness to learn and develop new skills within a supportive team environment. The ability to communicate effectively and interact professionally, sensitively, and respectfully with patients and colleagues is essential. As we care for a diverse patient population, the post holder must demonstrate a non-judgemental approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining patient dignity, confidentiality, and inclusion at all times. Our Senior Healthcare Support Workers (SHCSWs) form an essential and well-respected part of our healthcare teams across a number of dynamic settings; out in the community, in our acute hospitals or within our theatres teams to name just a few. You will be a valued member of the team through our comprehensive training and induction programme and our commitment to learning and development will satisfy even the most ambitious person. Working pattern - We are currently open Monday - Friday 08.00-20.00, May include Saturdays in the future.
