Full Job Description

Delegated work and duties will be assigned and carried out under the direct and indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse in accordance with the Ophthalmology competencies.Where additional skills training is identified as required in the job description the post holder will not undertake those duties until training has been undertaken (except as part of the supervised learning experience)., Assisting patients attending for Ophthalmic review in accordance with professional practice in performing Ophthalmology testing.

Supporting in day-to-day Ophthalmology clinics as detailed in the attached Job description.

Direct contact with patients you will be allocated to support a clinician assessing patients to ensure all testing is completed prior to consultation.

Working within a team supporting each other with all duties detailed within the job description
