If you want to be part of a team helping to develop services, then we would look forward to meeting you., The delivery of clinical and therapeutic care, within the clinical setting within set protocols and within the scope of the HCSW, under the guidance and supervision of the Registered Practitioner.
Organise and prioritise time and work activities effectively.
Acts on own initiative in delivering patient care with indirect supervision.
Contributes to patient assessment, planning and delivery of nursing care ensuring the highest possible standard under supervision of Registered Practitioners.
Undertakes a range of delegated clinical care duties, records patients observations and collects specimens and samples as instructedEnsure care is documented accurately and in a timely manner as per Trust policy and contributes to updating patients records.
Ensure that patients and relatives are treated with courtesy at all times and the individual needs of patients are respected, promoting and valuing the rights, responsibilities and diversity of people.
Promotes and participates in Health Education.
Maintain confidentiality of all patients and work related issues.
Actively participates in Departmental Team Development and Nursing Team Development
