Full Job Description
The ideal recruit would have patient safety and team-working at the forefront of their minds. We believe that working together ensures the best outcomes for our patients, and pride ourselves in maintaining a friendly, fun workforce. We expect healthcare support workers to work closely with the nursing staff, by providing patients with day-to-day care, and always promoting their independence. You would also spend time completing observations and escalating patient's conditions appropriately and documenting any findings.
Although previous NHS experience is an advantage, it is not essential as training will be provided! All we need from you is a compassionate and outgoing personality and a willingness to learn.
This advert is for a Band 3 role. If you hold a recognised Care Certificate, you may start at Band 3. If not, you will join as a Band 2 and be supported to complete your Care Certificate and progress to Band 3.
