Full Job Description
- Working closely with registered nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will support patients with personal care, mobility, nutrition, hydration and daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
- You will undertake and record patient observations, assist with clinical procedures such as ECGs and venepuncture following training, and promptly escalate concerns to ensure patient safety.
