Healthcare Support Worker

White Medical Group is looking to recruit a motivated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our friendly and supportive practice team. This role is part funded through the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) and part funded by the practice. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and supporting patients to improve their health and wellbeing. The successful candidate will undertake a range of clinical duties including phlebotomy, basic observations, health promotion, lifestyle assessment, screening support, and assisting with reviews for patients with stable long-term conditions., The postholder will undertake a range of delegated clinical activities, support preventative healthcare and screening programmes, contribute to the management of patients with stable long-term conditions, and assist clinicians in the delivery of safe and effective services.

White Medical Groups serves around 8, 500 patients over a split site dispensing practice. Our team is made up of 8 GPs, 2 Practice Nurses and 3 Healthcare Assistants as well as ARRS roles such as physio, mental health worker, pharmacist, paramedic and social prescribers. All supported by care navigators and admin team.
