It's the perfect opportunity for those who value flexibility and a great work-life balance!, As a Service Engineer, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • On-Site Maintenance: Conducting both preventative and corrective maintenance, including commissioning, upgrades, and refurbishments
  • Technical Support: Offering after-sales technical and commercial support to clients, and gathering feedback to assist in future product development
  • Customer Focus: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering recommendations to enhance system reliability and productivity
  • Troubleshooting and Fault Finding: You'll be hands-on, solving challenges to keep systems running smoothly
  • On-Call Flexibility: As you grow in the role, you'll join our 'On-Call Rota' to ensure our clients receive support when they need it most

    Are you an experienced Service Engineer, or an aspiring Service Engineer, looking to take the next step in your career with an industry leader?   • Experience: Previous experience as a Service Engineer in the Healthcare and Scientific market. Knowledge of water treatment or wastewater plants is desirable.
  • Qualifications: NVQ or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering or similar or even working towards would be ideal but not essential.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Strong communication skills and experience engaging with clients, offering solutions and handling challenging conversations.
  • Time Management: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Professionalism: A punctual, presentable individual who values customer satisfaction and strives to provide best-in-class service.
  • Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
