Full Job Description
We have a vacancy in our team for a diagnostic radiology Medical Physics Expert due to the promotion of the current post-holder. We are a friendly team who enjoy working together. - Provide expert advice on a range of x-ray imaging equipment including CT, interventional radiology, and radiographic systems
- Carry out commissioning, acceptance, and routine QA testing of a range of x-ray equipment
- Optimise clinical protocols
- Carry out other duties as required of an MPE
- Participate in the provision of scientific support in matters relating to the Ionising Radiations Regulations 2017 as required

This will not constitute a formal merger of the two organisations, but will bring the Trusts together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of improving the care that is provided to patients both in the community and in hospitals across Lincolnshire. Both Trusts will retain their separate statutory names and legal obligations. The Group will be known as Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG).
