Full Job Description

Overview We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team in the Southall area of London. The home is a modern, purpose-built environment offering high-quality residential, nursing, dementia and end-of-life care. With a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a strong reputation for excellent standards, this is an ideal setting for carers who want to make a meaningful difference every day.   • Support residents with daily living tasks including washing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
  • Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support.
  • Assist nursing staff with care routines and monitoring residents' wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow individual care plans.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-focused workplace., Compliance Requirements
  • We will require a DBS check, and we can assist with this.
  • Two satisfactory references are required before starting.
