Full Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support a lady in her home environment following a hypoxic brain injury.\n\nThis is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in her daily life while promoting dignity, independence, and overall well-being, working closely with her family and multi-disciplinary team

She requires 2:1 support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, mobility, meal preparation, feeding, and accessing the community.\n\nYou will also support her with therapy programs and activities such as physiotherapy and hydrotherapy, while building a positive and engaging relationship

The role includes monitoring her health and well-being, administering medication, supporting clinical needs, and responding appropriately to any concerns.\n\nStrong communication and listening skills are essential due to her speech difficulties, and we are looking for individuals who are friendly, patient, and person-centered
