Full Job Description
As a HCA, you will play a key role supporting our clinical team, ensuring a safe, effective and exception experience for our patients. You will work across a variety of outpatient services including consultations, minor procedures and health assessments.
- Assisting clinical staff in delivering excellent patient care
- supporting minor procedures and outpatient consultations
- ensuring all equipment and clinical areas are prepared and maintained to the highest standard
- take basic observations such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Offering a kind, professional and reassuring presence for our patients
Previous experience of working as an HCA (or equivalent) in a clinical environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- NVQ Level 3 is desirable but not essential
- Experience in the following: ECGs, taking blood/blood pressures and patient observation
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a small and dynamic team
