Full Job Description

  • Patient Care: Assisting with personal hygiene (washing, toileting), dressing, feeding, and changing beds. Overall reassurance, comfort, and safety.Communicating with patients and their families.
  • Clinical Support: Recording patient observations including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, weight, and BMI.
  • Safety & Dignity: Maintaining a safe, clean environment and supporting patients with dignity, including managing incontinence and supporting mobility.
  • Specialism: Working with older people and stroke patients with acute medical needs. Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way. Potentially managing complex needs and aiding in safe, effective discharges.
    • The shift patterns include working nights and weekends, 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week.

    Whether you are new to healthcare or have experience of the NHS or Social Care, you will receive Induction and training to join our teams where you will be valued and supported. For Band 3 appointments: NVQ / QCF Level 3 in a health-related subject or demonstrable equivalent experience supported by completion of a competency-based clinical skills framework
