Full Job Description

Ridgeway Secure Inpatient Services is seeking diverse, dynamic, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the recovery, rehabilitation, and empowerment of our service users. We provide specialist care for adults with mental health disorders, learning disabilities, or autism delivering individualised, comprehensive care packages within both Medium and Low Secure inpatient settings alongside wider teams. As part of your role, you may be required to work across any of our care pathways, supporting both male and female service users. This offers a varied, rewarding experience while developing a broad skill set within secure care., This is an exciting and challenging role and will afford the opportunity to work as part of a supportive team that is focused on delivering high standards of care through evidenced based practice. We will support you by offering regular supervision, training opportunities and encourage your development and role within this team on the delivery of Patient Centred Care, support for carers and evidence based practice, working in a whole systems approach with our partner agencies. Main Duties of the role is supporting the wards in delivering excellent patient care and assisting the Nurse in Charge in completing nursing tasks / jobs and care rounds / observations.
