Full Job Description
Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Support individuals with their care plans, ensuring personalised needs are met with compassion and respect
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents or clients
- Help with meal preparation and assist during mealtimes as required
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to senior staff
- Support with light domestic tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Drive or accompany residents on outings or appointments, where necessary
- Adhere to health and safety policies, including infection control procedures, Job Types: Temporary, Zero hours contract - Shifts of upto 40 hours a week available

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Compassionate attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required
- Organised, reliable, and attentive to detail in all aspects of care delivery, Support Worker: 1 year (preferred)
