Full Job Description
We seek dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our community team serving Newham and Tower Hamlets. You will provide holistic, personalised end-of-life care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes., Your responsibilities will include monitoring and assisting with the maintenance of patients skin integrity and personal hygiene, observing and supporting nutritional needs, attending to comfort requirements to facilitate rest and sleep, providing mobility support, and maintaining a clean and orderly care environment.
As a Healthcare Assistant you will practice empathetic communication with the patient and those important to them in a supportive, professional manner and provide high quality personal care and support to enhance wellbeing.

It's all about giving them the best possible quality of life. The support we offer is tailored to meet individuals' medical, social, spiritual and emotional needs.
We want a different society than the one we live in now. Our mission for the next five years is to close the gap in the number of people missing out on what they need at the end-of-life.
