- Welcome patients and guide them through their screening journey with empathy and professionalism
- Support clinical colleagues in delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced, mobile environment
- Assist with patient handovers between screening and CT scan locations
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data confidentiality
- Help manage clinic flow, support scheduling, and respond to patient queries
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and infection control
- Contribute to a 7-day service, including bank holidays, with occasional remote admin work, Location:Mobile role covering the South West Region Covering Somerset, Wiltshire, Avon, and Gloucestershire Travel:Full UK Driving Licence Required Shifts:12-hour patterns, 3 days a week (8am8pm), including weekends and bank holidays Make a real difference in early cancer detection. As aHealthcare Assistant (HCA), you'll play a key role in delivering a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused experience across our mobile screening sites in the South West. What you'll do:

Experience in a patient or customer-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and patient management systems
- A flexible, team-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
