Full Job Description
The postholder will support the Registered Nurses in providing evidence based, individualised specialist palliative nursing care to inpatients adhering to statutory regulations and Southern Hospice Group (SHG) policies. You'll be
- All hospice clinical and corporate teams
- Registered Nurses, Senior Registered Nurses, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Healthcare Assistants and Student Nurses
- Medical team
- Multi-disciplinary team In conjunction with Safeguarding Leads and your line manager, ensure that robust, effective Safeguarding systems and processes are embedded within your team and role, seeking expertise and support where required ensuring that the organisation executes its responsibilities to safeguard children and adults.
