Healthcare Assistant in East Malling! Superior Healthcare is recruiting Healthcare Assistant to support a young client with complex care needs in her family home. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide person-centered care to a client who thrives on engagement, routine, and meaningful interaction. She benefits from carers who are warm, confident, and energetic, and who can build a trusting, supportive relationship. She lives in East Malling with her family (parents and older siblings).
Shift Pattern
- Tuesday 19:00 - 06:00
- Wednesday 19:00 - 06:00
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality, person-centered care
- Encouraging and participating in activities such as arts, crafts, and reading
- Promoting independence, choice, and emotional wellbeing
- Responding to communication cues and building rapport
Additional Information
- Experience and awareness of suctioning and tracheostomy would be preferable.
