An amazing opportunity has arisen in Sidford for carers to support a remarkable young lady who was diagnosed with a brain tumour and is now visually impaired and epileptic.\n\nShe requires ongoing day-to-day support and thrives on being active and social.
\r\n

Our client is very outgoing and enjoys a variety of fun activities and hobbies.\n\nThis role involves supporting her with daily activities, as well as encouraging and assisting with her ongoing rehabilitation by accessing local community groups such as art and drama clubs.
\r\n

\r\n

You will play a key role in delivering person-centred care in line with a personalised care plan, while ensuring the highest standards of complex care support at all times.\n\nComplex care experience is essential for this role.
