Healthcare Assistant - Complex Care

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support a gentleman with a complex spinal injury in his home. He requires full-time, 2:1 care both day and night, including assistance with all daily living activities, as well as close monitoring due to his clinical needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator support. Carers must follow structured care plans, remain attentive and calm, and respond promptly to any changes in his condition to ensure his safety, comfort, and overall wellbeing.

· Spinal Cord Injuries (complex care)

· Tracheostomy Care

· Ventilator Support

· Autonomic Dysreflexia

· Medication Administration

· Manual Handling
