Full Job Description
AMU is looking for a compassionate, motivated Healthcare Assistant with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills to join their bright and friendly team., To ensure that an individual programme of care is planned, implemented and evaluated for each patient within own sphere of responsibility.
To work as part of the multidisciplinary team ensuring the delivery of a high standard of care to the patients.
To act as a positive role model at all times, to wash and dress patients, serve meals and help to feed patients.
To help people to move around, make beds and make patients feel comfortable.
To monitor patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight.
